Quick interview with recruiter ---> Test ---> Longer interview with Managers (50-60mins) ---> Another Test First I got a call from a lovely lady, than they sent me a test which I took. After that they scheduled an interview with two different teams Managers. I received good feedback from that and they made me do another test - basically what would you do in X situation. They said they like me a lot, but another candidate ''pipped me'' to the post.

3 interviews for an entry level job, which I felt was overkill. After the third interview, I didn't hear back for 2 weeks on an outcome so I emailed the hiring managers to get an outcome and requested feedback. I didn't get the job but my feedback was that I was overqualified which I didn't feel was constructive feedback and if this was the case this should have been noticed from my CV or at least by the 2nd interview as it felt like a complete waste of time which spanned over 2 months. Hiring managers were pleasant, however the communication wasn't there so I didn't appreciate having to chase up for an outcome.
