I was interviewed twice for the Program Leader position, but the person who interviewed me did not ask me any prepared interview questions. The first interview, she was driving her car and the second interview, she asked me what questions I had about the job. She did not have prepared questions and only answered my questions during both interviews. I felt the interview was biased since I'm an African American female in the protected age group, I was not asked about my relevant job experience, and I subsequently did not get the job.
