I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process included a recruiter phone screen, hiring manager phone screen, onsite panel interview, and final interview with TA leadership. Everything was conducted virtually, the questions were very relevant to the position and general background of Databricks, and the whole team was very easy to work with.
