The process took about 3 weeks 1 round - screen interview with the hiring manager 2 round - individual assessment then goes through results with the team. 3 round - technical interview, which they told me I would be doing SQL assessments but instead they gave me something completely different. 4 round - screen interview with the director who mentioned the final interview should be scheduled soon. I got an email with no explanations saying they decided not to move forward. no feedback at all even when I asked for it.
