Two back to back interviews. First 30 minutes were behavioral with first level analyst and second 30 minutes was a case interview with a director. Both interviewers were extremely nice and welcoming. Case question was about the impact of the shortage of nurses on the industry. I was very unfamiliar with case interviews, but the interviewer was very pleasant and helped me out so it became more of a dialogue.
