The people I interacted with throughout the interview process were all very friendly and personable. However, the overall experience felt disorganised and drawn out. After submitting my application, I was contacted by a recruiter who requested some additional information, which I promptly provided. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear anything for over a month. When the process finally resumed, with the recruiter apologising and citing internal changes within the company, I was quickly rushed through several interviews and told repeatedly that a hiring decision would be made imminently. Since then, I’ve received no further communication. I’ve followed up via email, but have not received any response. While I understand that I may not have been selected for the role, which I fully respect, it’s disappointing to be completely ghosted after investing time and effort in the process. This lack of communication doesn’t reflect well on the company or its recruitment practices.
