Numerous rounds of video calls with different people in the company. Starting more CV focussed and getting more technical. Got to the offer stage once and they never made the offer. Went through the process again 2 years later, had a great first conversation but didn't progress. Took almost 4 weeks for a response.

hr call to discuss the process and the round 2 with desk head. round 3 with another 2 traders. last round with desk head again followed by a call from hr. pretty quick and interview questions were pretty much straight forward.
