Go to Dicks.com and bottom left corner you can apply online and submit your resume then take a short personality quiz. Then after two days I got a call to come into the store for an interview. The Soft lines manager asked basic interview questions like:
-what are your strengths?
-what are your weaknesses?
-a time when you showed exceptional customer service?
and a personality test

It was fairly easy. Only a phone interview and one in-person interview that lasted 30 mins max. The process took maybe 2 weeks or so. You really do not need to prepare much for it either. They are willing to train

It was simple, easy, and there was a quick turn around time. The process was very smooth. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I have no complaints about the interview process.

They called soon after applying and offered a reasonable time/date. I felt comfortable with the staff and management I spoke with. All questions were answered and the environment was professional.
