Customize Life interview questions

The two women who interviewed me were pleasant, but seemed overworked and mildly distracted. They didn't ask for any explanation about my answers to interview questions, or really do anything other than read from a preprepared set of questions. I was interviewed on a Tuesday, and told I would recieve an answer before the end of the week. I recieved the offer about ten days later - it listed a salary but no start date. I tentatively accepted it, saying that I had another interview but would write back afterward. I recieved no response, and a few days later I got an automated rejection email when the job posting was marked as filled. When I called the office to ask if this was a form letter, they said they were in desperate need of someone who could start immediately, and decided as a group that the best course of action was to hire another candidate without asking for clarification or telling me not to show up to work. They only remembered to send an email formally rescinding the job offer two hours after the call! Overall, the least professional people I've ever interacted with. If the interview process was any reflection of their working environment, no wonder they needed new blood immediately.
