I applied this position on career fair, they contacted me after several weeks, it was a behavorial interview for 40 mins. The processing time is pretty long, it takes two months to get the final decision from them. Questions include contribution to the team; describe the situation that you missed the deadline, they need specific examples.
interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.
