First interview on campus, went very good, very friendly interviewers, almost all the questions were behavioral questions, and little bit of resume clarification. Second interview was through phone, an engineer called me and about 20 minutes of resume clarification questions again.

I apply through conference, the hiring process was very fast, I got my interview on a Saturday and the offer on Monday. My experience with the recruiting team from Cummins was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a lot of tips of how to work my resume and on the career fair if you do what they ask you, its a guarantee that you will get the interview

I was selected for an interview in a Conference. I was in the career fair and the recruiter told that there was not more interviews slots for the one of the positions I was asking, but I convinced her to give me an intership for another position.
