Several interviews, technical and behavioral with a panel and multiple levels. Everyone was nice and professional but also strict and long interviews. Be prepared based on the vacancy technically and behavior questions

I got an email for a set time for an interview. On that day and time the person who was supposed to interview me didnt show up. I was logged in ten minutes before the interview. Five minutes after the time passed I emailed the recrutier to say that I was waiting on the call for someone to show up. Ten minutes later, I called the phone number and got no one, so I left a message. Eventually after waiting for 30 minutes I left the call and sent and another email asking if the interview was rescheduled. I got no response for 4 business days. Then I sent an email to the CEO and within with a couple of hours the recruiter called and then tried to pin the blame on me. I stood my ground and made it clear that I had written confirmation about the meeting time. Then the recuriter said since I have you on the phone can we just do the interview now, so I agreed. Two days later I got a call from the recruiter to say that the hiring manager will not be moving forward with me as I have only one year experience in Sales. I told the recruiter, clearly you and the your Hiring Manager, did not look at my resume, if you did so, you will find out that I have 18 years of sales experience with 7 years as a Sales Manager, then she said, oh ok let me take a look at your resume now. Clearly the recruiter and the Hiring Mnager didnt take a look at my resume and had no idea how to go about hiring a candidate.
