After that I had a phone screen, a full-day onsite, and one final onsite with the VP of marketing. The entire process took about two months, which is long, but the reason for the exhaustive process is that Ellation values culture. They wanted to make sure that they weren't only getting someone capable of doing the job, but also someone who would mesh with the existing team.
