Got a call less than twenty four hours after applying. Agreed to interview the following day. Interview lasted about ten minutes, mostly with staff describing job duties before asking my availability. Was hired on the spot.

Question 1
What days and times I would be available to work, and if I was alert in early mornings.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness
Interview
After filling out the online application I was emailed about my availability for an interview a couple days later. Friendly and laid back one on one interview with the manager; it took less than 15 minutes from walking in to leaving. At the end of the interview I was offered the job. I was told to fill out a paper application and attach my resume to it.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
My experience was a walk-in interview for an event they had. From that interview, it was to get to know a lot about your mindset and felt very "culture fit" focused. Connecting with them was huge from my perspective - think to "humanize" the conversation (as opposed to being super professional). After the interview, it took about 2 weeks to hear back before I received an email with the offer.
Standard application followed by face to face interview. Questions regarding skills, knowledge of fitness, comfortability with speaking to members. Lastly completed a series of online training videos and corresponding questions.
