I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike in Mar 2025
Interview
The initial call with the recruiter went well, very positive, and they clearly outlined the role, expectations, and salary. Next was a Cyber Skyline challenge/quiz, which was easier than expected. The next stage was a technical interview with a Principal Analyst and a Senior Analyst. This is where things got a little strange - from the start, the Principal Analyst seemed outright bored and didn't care to know me at all. They monotonously launched into the questions and didn't comment on or follow up on any of my answers. I felt like I had failed before the interview even began.
The following day, I was notified that I didn't pass the interview, even though I felt I answered all the questions to satisfaction. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise because I certainly did not want to work under that Principal Analyst. The Senior Analyst, on the other hand, was genuine and kind.
