Interview
Three interviews with three different people. The first interview was mostly going over resume and looking for fit. I showed up to the second interview and the woman was cold and had nothing prepared. The third interview was casual and was a waste of time. I asked questions about the company and they either wouldn't answer them or seemed embarrassed to share the state of the company. Seems like they just want you to be a parrot and repeat what they tell you without questioning leadership. Poor organization with no processes in place. Was completely ghosted after the third interview.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and was reached out to by the Director of AI Programs. We scheduled our meeting via a calendar app. During the meeting, it was very professional and quick. All of the questions had to do with the position and prior experience related. We discussed my background and how I would be an asset. He asked a few questions. We ended the meeting very nicely. I sent a thank you email the day after, no response. I sent an email asking for updates a week after, no response.
The interview process was fairly unstructured. They're a new and small company and still figuring things out and each interviewer seemed not to know what the next steps for me would be.
