Very good interview process. Four interviews in all. First was a standard screening to ensure salary request was in line with the range, which I appreciated as it avoids wasting time if there is a mismatch. Second was with two dept directors, and third was with two managers. No stupid questions or projects. Final was with CEO where the offer was presented. Great process.
