I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cook Medical Inc (New York, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
Basic questions about your resume and how your experience will aid your career as an engineer.
Probably 1-2 technical questions overall. There were engineers from 4 to 5 different teams (engineering test lab, operations, urology etc.) who interviewed me. A few of the engineers asked questions such as "tell me a time where you were in a group/team environment and things were not going well, what did you do in order to resolve the issue(s)?"

Interview
Combined interview first with Talent Acquistion and later with HR to determine the best fit role given personal experience. It was an online interview and gave reasonable time to schedule. The overall interview took place in one setting and awaiting final results.
