Interview
The job was posted on the company web site. You had to apply on the site and fill out pages of information even though some was already reflected on your resume. Human Resources then scheduled a phone screening and selected applicants were scheduled for an in person interview with the manager. After two in person interviews with the manager someone was selected to advance.
It was long and boring and this requirement is insane screw whoever reads this oh my as the day is long and it goes turns around the long weekend and it took a quiet thinking thing for all the good it does

Interview
Initial phone screening with the recruiter. Then met with the hiring manager. He made it a point to let me know there was not much opportunity for advancement / upward mobility here. He asked a few STAR questions and wanted responses to be very detailed. I was invited back for a third interview to do a 10 minute presentation on their product, but declined, because it didn't feel like a fit.
