Went through a multiple interview process which was great. During the first interview it was more informative than anything and then the next two dove into more technical talk. This was overall a great process.
Straightforward, pretty easy, wasn't required to know everything that was asked. People were friendly and open to questions. Had a take home project afterwards that was also nothing too complicated.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Convention Data Services in Nov 2010
Interview
Worked through a recruiting agency interview first, then met with the internal development team and managerial staff. Found process to be lengthy but through and it provided a two way street into what the day to day job requirements would actually be. After the interview process, the hiring process was relatively quick. There was not much wiggle room for compensation - understandable given the company size and location.
