I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Contessa Health
Interview
I had 4 interviews, one of which was scheduled by mistake, poor communication during the interview process, and had to email several times to find out the next steps. Thankfully, I didn't need and wasn't looking for a job when approached by the recruiter, but had I been, I wouldn't have been able to last though the process.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Contessa Health
Interview
The actual interview process took about 30 minutes. Very nice people, discussed goals, expectations from the role from the company side and myself, scenario/behavioral questions. Not too hard! Genuinely seemed interested in knowing the candidate rather than asking a bunch of questions for name sake. Plenary of opportunity for the candidate to ask questions

Question 1
Describe a difficult situation at work and how did you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Contessa Health (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview process was organized and seamless; everyone from the company were friendly and pleasant, they put me at ease and were very informative. They did ask me scenario questions to assess my knowledge base about a certain topic, and I used this as an opportunity to really sell and highlight my skills and experience. Overall, interview went well. They did follow-up when they said they would, so I think that says a lot about their commitment and the organization itself.
