Phone interview then in person interview. They got in contact with me through text to reschedule then did not show up to either times and did not update me. So I was ghosted by text essentially. I'm not sure why but it could be due to the fact that they didn't want to do a remote interview.
First interview was through the phone and then an invite to attend on sight. Panel-style. Recommend using STAR method and arriving to the sight early. Expect follow up questions after answering.
Pre screening phone call and then a panel interview with a couple engineers. Mostly behavioral, focus on the STAR method. Prepare stories about different experiences. Hardships, team issues, problems overcame, etc.
