great experience, easy communication, they have great talent and nice people, they were kind and open to hearing, they had many applicants but they could choose the right ones to interview
Applied and there was no response so I sent a follow up message to recruiter. She said she sent my info to the creatives and that she’ll get back to me. She seemed sweet. I sent another follow up 2 weeks later and crickets. I really wanted to work for this company because I love the work they do but for them not getting back to me is very unprofessional and I don’t think she ever sent my info to the creatives. If you’re a recruiter you need to do your JOB. A rejection email would’ve been fine with me but don’t lie and ghost on me. If a applicant doesn’t qualify just tell them immediately, they’d rather hear that then be ghosted. Recruiters need to do a much better job or find some place else to work.

Interview
There are three rounds of interviews. You’ll sit with the VP first and then ladder down to the main social team. Candidates must have knowledge of social trends, publishing and some copy writing.
