Conduent Tier I Tech Support/Customer Service interview questions

Applied online 7/3/2017 took prove it assessments , did not hear back until 7/8. Recruiter asked for time to conduct phone interview, to which I replied with availabilty. After this no contact via email or phone. This leads me to wonder why they set up the phone interview. Emailed Hr to see if there was a scheduling conflict or miscommunication, received no tesponse from them either. Very poor communication between company and applicants in my experience.
