Interview Experience: Format:Online on-campus placement. Observation: Interviewers asked the same questions across different rounds. Progression:Only two candidates made it to Round 3. Communication:Poor and delayed. The company first schedul an placement talk then cancel it at end moment. The company made the placement representative (PR) wait over 4 hours after Round 3, then postponed updates to the next day. Outcome:Zero selections. The company only confirmed the rejections the next day after the PR initiated follow-up.

Reached out by a recruiter on Linkendin, extremely professional and kind. Followed up with a second HR screening . Questions were thoroughly behavioral and understanding the fit for the role. He had also explained the whole interview process and timeline ahead. Then ghosted :)
