Asked about past work experiences, how I expect to use the experience if were hired. Was informed about the nature of BPO, what’s expected from the job. Feels like the interviewer was speaking more than me. Overall friendly and casual interview

How do you expect to use your past experience for the new position
The interview was done by my team lead. Good conversation who we ate how we work why we do things a particular way. No HR questions such as do you smoke and how you see yourself in 5 years. Outstanding guy!

Interview
I had a really positive interview experience. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, with a few well-structured interviews. Everyone I spoke to took time to explain things properly and made sure expectations and next steps were fully understood.
