Interview
Start with the usual, tell me about yourself, then from there proceeds the following,
Fluent with specific languages?
Are you able to work on night shift?
What do you think about working in night shift?
Final part, comes with a small test require us to translate a short paragraphs.
If you pass the interview, they will be SVAR assessments test again so be ready.
I think it depends on the recruiter. The person who carried out the interview was kind and asked some "get to know you" questions in Spanish before doing a role play in English kind of simulating a situation that I could encounter while on a Healthcare campaign, then she gave me some feedback and started debriefing me about the campaign and the work conditions.

Everything was thorough and they measure your skills both in interviews and assessments. You have to be free the whole day because the interview takes hours and mine was kind of early in the morning and it ended almost at the evening
