Thank you for your feedback regarding your phone screen experience with CGM. We are disappointed to learn that you found the process to be less than satisfactory, as we constantly strive to provide candidates with a meaningful experience while also providing reasonable expectations to them. For the position in which you were being phone screened, our recruiter clarified that we were in the very early stages of phone screenings only, and were not anticipating any follow-up steps from the hiring manager until September. We apologize if this timeline did not meet your expectations or were not made very clear to you. It’s our objective to meet the goals of the hiring manager and their team both in terms of the candidates we present to them and their timeline in making important hiring decisions.
