Interview
1st stage was good. Interviewed with direct managers and they were very friendly. 2nd stage however was awful with financial controller and HR. So unfriendly and clearly did not want to be there. Very unprofessional, I did not get the job but I would not have accepted anyway due to the 2nd interview.
The hiring process did not have many steps, there was a recruiter screening call that was pretty standard. Next there was a hiring manager call, and a culture fit call with the VP of the department.

Question 1
You're reviewing your monthly statements and you notice a large variance in overheads, what do you do?
The recruiter never showed up on the call. When I emailed her about it, she gave some flimsy excuse for not showing up. A total waste of time. I'll never interview with this unprofessional company ever again.

Good experience overall. It was a quick and smooth process. Everyone I met was great, polite and friendly! I Had 3 interviews, plus an Excel and Personality assessment (both easy enough)
