Interview
Combination of phone and face to face interviews. 2 x Phone interviews to help narrow down the field and then 2 x more in depth face to face to help discover the team fit / culture of the company.
Initially very quick and efficient but got bogged down a touch going through the reference checks process with their outsourced company.
