There wasn't really an interview. An out of state HR person called and gave me a brief description. She expressly stated she did not have salary information. She scheduled a site visit but the staff that met with me just chatted. There was no peer interview or job shadow. I received an offer (43/hr) the next day. It just seemed unusual and I declined because it felt off
