They want you to go through several phone interviews, and then they also want you to attend two face to face board-type interviews; one with the management team, and one with your peers. Getting the details and scheduling for the on-site interview takes time. CHS is also trying to cut costs, while I am informed that at least one senior member of the company made over $14,000,000.00 last year.
