Community Day Charter Public School interview questions

Prior to my interview I was asked to prepare a short ELA lesson of my choosing. Each interview panel member acted out as a student. After the mock lesson I participated in a feedback session where I listed the pros and cons of my lesson and received constructive feedback. Lastly, I was asked basic interview questions.

I received an email asking me if I wanted to come in for an interview. We went into an office and talked. She provided me with paperwork to fill out for the background check and insurance and such. She gave me a tour of the school. The next day I received a call stating they would love me join their team. The hiring manager said she will send the information to HR and I will hear from them to talk about benefits and such.
