Prior to my interview I was asked to prepare a short ELA lesson of my choosing. Each interview panel member acted out as a student. After the mock lesson I participated in a feedback session where I listed the pros and cons of my lesson and received constructive feedback. Lastly, I was asked basic interview questions.
