I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was very thorough and transparent. Managers helped me through the entire process so I knew what to expect. I met with several members of the team which helped me understand the team dynamic.

I applied online. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Prescott, AZ) in Dec 2022
Interview
This was, to me, an exceedingly long process that was poorly organized by the hiring team. After four interviews and multiple follow-ups, I was advised by the HR rep (who did an outstanding job keeping me abreast during the process) that the next step was for me to meet the team. After several weeks of silence, HR then said that the team was focused on hiring who would be my superior (seems as if this should have been done first) and that was why the timeline had been extended. Finally, my final follow-up resulted in her apologizing for the process, and that I wasn't selected to move further. Honestly, at that point, it was a relief, especially in light of the current public relations mess at the site where I would be working (YRMC in Prescott, owned by Dignity Health). I dodged a bullet, but it was an enormous waste of my time.
