various execs lurked on conf calls I was leading without announcing themselves listening to see how effective I was solving problems and interacting with difficult staff. I found this out months after I became a full-time member of the team

Four rounds of phone interviews, each with positive and timely feedback, followed by a full day of seven group interviews. I felt these interviews were mixed, from the candidate perspective. A couple were disengaged, several were highly engaged, and a couple were arrogant. I followed up with a thank you note to the hiring manager, and I never heard a thing from her or HR again. I invested 1.5 days of my life talking to them, and they couldn’t be bothered to close the loop in any fashion. Unprofessional.

I was contacted by an internal executive recruiter on 2 separate occasions for 2 different roles to schedule an interview. After providing her several options of my availability - I never heard from her again! I did follow up twice over 2 weeks and nothing! TERRIBLE service, especially for the executive recruiter. Poor experience.
