The interview process itself was very standard for a senior level role, no complaints. Following the final interview, I felt the lack of communication was very unprofessional and inconsiderate after having spent 4+ hours meeting with various hiring managers throughout the interview process. After the final interview I was told I'd hear back from the recruiter with next steps within 2 days. After 1 week with no updates I reached out to the recruiter and did not receive a response, which I sent a follow up email understanding busy schedules and never received a response. About a week and a half later, I finally received an automated 'no-reply' email I was no longer being considered for the role.

Interview
4 interviews and a marketing assesment (that took days to complete). Initial interview with HR and then the rest of the team. The process moved pretty quick and there was continued contact every few days after the last interview. There is a candidate portal but is almost not worth checking because you will hear back from HR directly before your status is ever updated.
