The interviewer was really great , majority of questions were towards the overall scheme of things.
They checked about my overall behavior, how would i will handle a particular situation during my employment.

Why do you think you are a good fit for this position?
It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

Typical behavioral questions, why you want to be a recruiter.
3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day
Fairly easy process and the people within the company are very nice. Multiple rounds of phone calls and Zoom call with the office. The team just wants to make sure you are a good fit
