Process is good and well defined. Multiple rounds were conducted by senior project team members from Coforge. Hence the interview structure is good, and the candidates are grilled. I am happy with the process.
Two rounds, one with Coforge manager and final with client side. Normal technical and behavioral questions. They made it clear that onboarding was dependent on client interview and help me prepare for it as well.
