Video Call w/ HR on past experience relating to teaching/programming, plus 5 minute mock lecture recording. Very unprofessional ghosting. They read my emails and chose to ignore them. Details are: I sent my mock lecture as a youtube link, and was told I would hear back in 3 days. The video was not viewed until I sent a followup email a week later. On the same day of the followup email, they viewed the video (youtube analytics), but ignored my email and did not respond.
