Interview
Recruiters are prepared and thorough - they know their customers and coach candidates well for interviews. This was my 2nd placement through Clovis, so my initial interview was more of an informational session for my benefit. This was followed by two phone interviews with the client. The position is a great match for my skills, so there weren't any major roadblocks or challenges.

Was asked to have one more 'courtesy' interview after receiving verbal offer. The '10 minute formality' turned out to be an hour-long grilling session! ALWAYS be prepared for the tough interview until you have a signed offer letter!
