in a small room with one interviewer, the interview opened by talking a little about there experience at Citi and how long been there, then Spock about the job and requirements of the job. then started to ask me questions, and ended up with "do you have any questions for me"

open ended questions, give me a time when --- and what happened and how that affected type questions
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Interview
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
