Interview
After completing an application, you have to pass an assessment online. They then call you in for an in person interview if you pass the online portion. Once there, you have a one on one with one of the senior supervisors of that particular department.

If there was something about a previous job performance you could change. What would it be and why?
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Interview
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
