Interview
I dropped off my application and resume and was called for an interview within a week. It was a 30 minute interview with the owner. I was asked a few basic questions, the position was described to me, and I was asked when can I start. We discussed pay. I was then given a tour of the greenhouses which I would be working in, and introduced to the staff I would be working with on a daily-basis.
