Online HireVue interview where I was asked 4 questions and given 2 minutes to respond. The process felt impersonal and while AI feedback was given, I never heard feedback from those in HR.

The questions themselves were very standard, but what threw me slightly was being asked to choose a painting from a selection on the table and talk about it, without knowing anything about it prior. I appreciate that they give feedback over the phone after interviews, though -- it makes the process less opaque.

Difficult process. Filled in long application form and then had to submit recorded interview where you could re-record your answers if you wanted. Process seemed drawn out and very impersonal.
