It was very straight forward. Wasn’t asked many questions just mostly just like what would you do in XYZ situation. Having experience at other chain fast food restaurants is definitely a plus.

What is an example of when you worked collaboratively with a team?
easy common process, we sat down and discussed prior jobs, some questions about how you would manage certain issues and then qs ab availability. they asked me what i would do if there was a line out the door and i already had people on cash and line but it wasnt slowing down. (dont know the status of my offer yet)

Interview
I waited past our interview time for a manager. Interviewed at restaurant and was told to wait in customer sitting area. Manager was friendly, hard worker, motivated, seemed slightly nervous. Interview felt like a conversation.
