Quick screening process done initially through the phone then I was contacted via email to schedule an online Zoom interview. the interview was casual yet professional they just really wanted to know my passion for peds!
Was easy. Applied online. Was then emailed to set up an in-person interview. Interview was them trying to see what I was like and why I'm interested in pediatric care.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation.
Only had to do a unit interview. Quite short and simple. Just asked if you had experience handling children before, and what your goals are for the future. Didn't take longer than 15 minutes.
