Panel Interview with 4 members. Panel members asked a series of questions relating to a variety of scenarios. There were four categories asking two part questions. Panelist explained role in agency. Provided details about hiring process and day to day

The interview process was fairly easy. I applied online and received a call back from HR the next day to schedule an interview. During my interview, it was a panel of three clinical case managers who asked me a series of questions related to clinical social work. I was a little nervous, but was able to answer the questions using my own experience and knowledge.
