Received an offer for a phone interview and went through some preliminary questions and how much the job paid. Interview was pretty typical asking general questions and how your previous experiences can benefit you for the job you are applying for. How did your previous help you overcome certain obstacles. There was a powerpoint that was sent explaining what the company does.

Interview process is much less about experience and more about personality. Show up prepared to learn and focused and positive with good energy. The interviewers are nice and just want to hear you speak and explain things.

Light and Informative. I was ask questions based on my Resume, and how I could best help the team. The young man was polite and understood the complexities of my experiences throughout my time in the workforce.

Interview
I had a phone interview where I was asked a number of situational questions. The hiring manager was very engaging and asked questions based off a number of answers. A week later, they requested a in-house interview and the human resources manager was very nice and polite.
