I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Southlake, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
This was the right interview for a developer. Deep dive into Salesforce technical quuestions from Profiles to Assignment rules, Workflow Rules - Flows, Chage data capture, Asynchronous Triggers, test Classes, Apex to Lightning Web Components
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Charles Schwab in Mar 2021
Interview
Had a recruiter call 3 weeks after applying where I was told by a recruiter named Brad how to change my job titles on my resume for him (which... is questionable right there). Then he also told me that I needed to "manage my expectations" on the salary range I had given - which fell in line with the salary ranges for a Salesforce Developer. It wasn't until I had told him that already had offers pending, that he let me know "well, there wasn't another position they had." It was probably the most condescending recruiter call I've ever experienced, especially in the last 12 years I've been working in software, especially as a female software engineer.
